SAVRALA Skills Barometer

SAVRALA Skills Barometer

SAVRALA is conducting this Generic Skills Barometer to establish a clear, data-driven view of current and future capability needs across leasing, and commercial fleet management service providers. The purpose of the survey is threefold:

  • To identify priority skills gaps affecting service quality, operational efficiency, and client outcomes
  • To validate segment-specific learning pathways that are relevant, digital, and commercially viable
  • To generate an industry skills evidence base that supports coordinated education, funding, and policy engagement
Importantly, the aggregated and anonymised outputs of this survey will be structured to directly support member Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and related SETA submissions, including applications for Discretionary Grants. Participating organisations will benefit from:

  • Access to sector-level skills benchmarks for internal planning
  • Alignment of SAVRALA programmes to recognised occupational and skills priorities
  • Reduced duplication of internal needs analysis efforts
  • Improved credibility and justification of training spend in WSPs
The survey is designed to be concise (approximately 15 minutes), confidential, and focused on practical, implementable outcomes. Your input will directly influence the design, prioritisation, and commercial sustainability of SAVRALA’s 2026 education initiatives.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
